Will the iOS app work on my iPhone?

Here's the gist: our iOS app is designed to run on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 12.1 or later. That includes the following:
  • iPhone 5S and later
  • iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad Mini 2 or later, iPad 5th Gen or later
  • iPod touch 6th generation and later

Our mobile website, including audio playback, is compatible with Safari on iOS 10.3 or later and runs best on iOS 12.1 or later. That includes the following:

  • iPhone 5 and later
  • iPad Pro, iPad Air (all)
  • iPad 4 and later, iPad Mini 2 and later
  • iPod touch 6th generation and later

If you are using an older device that is not compatible with iOS 10 (i.e., a device older than any listed above), you can still listen to Sparkle Stories by purchasing stories on our store and downloading them to your device using iTunes.
